2. Delivery Locations

  • We deliver across Kenya.
  • For deliveries outside Kenya, please contact our customer support for assistance.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Nairobi & Major Towns: Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • Other Regions: Deliveries may take 3-7 business days, depending on the location.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as stock availability, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges vary based on the destination and order size.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
  • Free delivery may be available for bulk or high-value orders (please inquire for details).

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders received before 5 PM are processed the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (if applicable).

6. Delivery Methods

  • We use trusted courier services for nationwide deliveries.
  • In Nairobi and select areas, same-day or next-day delivery may be available upon request.
  • Customers may also opt for store pickup where applicable.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact the recipient to arrange a second attempt.
  • After two failed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Customers are advised to inspect their order upon delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us immediately for a replacement or resolution.

9. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery charges will apply.
  • In cases of lost or missing packages, please report the issue within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
